Many moons ago, we saw a need for clothing that was not only durable and functional but clothing that was comfortable and ready to wear on and off the water as well as in the harshest of outdoor environments. The idea spawned from being a true fisherman and wanting to embrace our passion for fishing, even when we weren’t on the boat. From this, Just Another Fisherman was born Just Another Fisherman is a label that prides itself on the design and execution of clothing that is comfortable, efficient, practical and that serves its purpose on the water, in the great outdoors and in the street.
INTRODUCING
CAMILLA & MARC
Established in 2003 by siblings Camilla Freeman-Topper and Marc Freeman.
While Marc, who studied commerce and engineering, has the business know-how, Camilla found her niche studying design at the WhiteHouse Institute of Design in Sydney. Upon graduation, she won a scholarship to attend the prestigious Accademia Italiana Arte Moda in Florence, Italy. This training not only stood her in good stead for planning ranges and structuring a collection, but it also deepened her passion for working with quality textiles and fine tuned her training for couturier techniques such as draping.
The CAMILLA AND MARC philosophy centres around high-end design and construction that allows the wearer to shine through. CAMILLA AND MARC believe in great design that is transforming; striving to inspire the women to live creatively and richly. For more than ten years Shona Joy has been a force in the Australian fashion scene. Her brand is known for its distinctive prints and approachable pieces with a contemporary twist.
REMAINRemain is a New Zealand based fashion brand founded in 2018 by Penny Styles, with the intention to create every day and investment pieces designed with an effortless and rebellious approach to style. Remain creates designs that are made to last using fabrications that are thoughtfully sourced at the highest quality including silk, organic cotton, responsible wool and recycled materials. Remains’ philosophy of ‘less is more’.
OUTLAND DENIMOutland was founded on high ground - both ethically and geographically. Born on an Australian mountaintop and made with the makers in mind, our origins reside within a meeting of passion and purpose, and a guy named James who conceived of a plan to give jobs to young women who desperately needed them after he learnt about the scourge of human trafficking.
